Organizational Development | Curatorial Consultant

I work with art galleries, cultural organizations, practitioners, and university departments on the development of unique research environments, production platforms, artist residencies, special topic courses, and new organizational systems. My consultancy integrates strategic thinking, curatorial vision, and hands-on production to support both emerging and established initiatives.

Together, we will work toward public engagement outcomes—exhibitions, event series, publications, films, pedagogical formats, and more—which are grounded in the specific strengths and questions of each organization, initiative, or inquiry. My approach seeks to enhance internal capacity, nurture curiosity, and foster imaginative expansion and organizational ambition in the arts sector.

Tiered Subscription Model

My consultancy operates on a tiered monthly subscription model, structured to support organizations at varying levels of engagement and growth, while allowing my own engagement to scale up or down depending on project needs.

All subscription tiers include:

• Unlimited asynchronous communication for conceptual development, logistical coordination, and follow-up
• Bi-weekly two-hour meetings (via Zoom or in person)
• Ongoing independent work aligned with each month’s priorities

Core Tier – $1,000/month (4-month minimum)

This entry-level tier is designed for smaller organizations or early-stage initiatives seeking steady curatorial guidance and conceptual support. It includes:

• Strategic advising
• Vision development and framing of emerging programs
• Research, internal coordination, and meeting preparation/follow-up

Expanded Tier – $1,650 (6-month minimum)

Designed for organizations engaged in active development or renewal, this tier includes everything in the Core tier, with added capacity and integration. Services may include:

• Support in building and designing original public programs, formats, and production plans
• Research, writing, and feedback for grants, reports, and funding applications
• Assistance in administrative, communications materials, and production logistics relating to emergent projects and programs
• Basic audiovisual work including video editing and production intended to enhance emergent projects and programs
• Deeper, more frequent and more responsive integration into the organization’s ongoing operations and initiatives

Embedded Tier – $2000/month (9-month minimum)

Deep partnership with high-level integration across curatorial, operational, and public-facing spheres. This tier involves shifting from consultant to a more integrated member of the organizations, working with greater responsibility to execute projects and steer longer-term capacity-building processes. Services may include:

• Strategic planning across different areas of the organizations
• Extensive hands-on development of programs and their delivery
• Leadership and public facing roles in engagement contexts
• Integrated audiovisual production, including producing original film and media content for the organization
• Possibility for short-term administrative scaffolding or interim leadership roles
  

  
  
  Note: Subscription fees do not cover production expenses such as travel, accommodations, or equipment rental. All tiers can be customized to meet the specific scope and scale of your organization’s needs.
